Desserts at Via Vite are as thoughtfully prepared as their savory counterparts. The Valrhona Dark Chocolate Crème Brûlée offers the perfect bittersweet finish, with a crackling caramelized top that yields to a silky chocolate custard beneath. Brioche Bread Pudding brings a warm, cinnamon-laced end to your meal, rounding out the experience with homey richness.

We went there to celebrate my birthday. The hostess got us seated at the bar immediately. We had the grilled artichokes for an appetizer. They were delicious and so tender that you could eat every bite. My wife ordered the braised short rib pappardelle, and I ordered the spaghetti chitarra crab sugo with real crab meat. We ordered the half-sized portions along with some focaccia. Both were delicious, and my wife even had some left over to box and take home. My wife ordered the caramel sea salt gelato, and the staff brought be a birthday card and a complimentary vanilla gelato. Both were creamy and delicious. The pasta is made in-house, and it was an experience to watch their talented chef making ravioli right before our eyes. The hostesses and the two women behind the bar were very friendly. This will definitely warrant a return visit
Everything about this restaurant was awesome great experience, the food the atmosphere and the service. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Our server was Natalie, was absolutely the best.
Felt like we went to Italy without the flight! Rebecca was delightful and so informative. So kind and helpful. We sat at the chefs table and that was a first for us. It was so awesome to watch them work and create the dishes. They all did an amazing job. We loved the atmosphere. Very clean and welcoming. Pepper appetizer and meatballs were amazing. Will be back!!!
This is a nicer restaurant, so the prices compare. But it is so nice and worth it! I hosted a private dinner here in the Central room that holds up to 30 guests. The staff so was gregarious and respectful to my all my guests. The room was very well presented and especially with me not being a food person or knowledgeable of that culture, the staff made it a totally seamless experience answering all my questions! I would definitely consider booking here again
This is a perfect restaurant for a girls' night out. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered homemade pasta, salmon, and chicken Caesar salad. Everything was perfect. Tasty and with the right amount of salt. We also had some mojitos (not so good), but they were OK. The service was excellent. After dinner, we headed to the salsa in the square. We had fun.
I had the privilege of spending my birthday having dinner here. The food was delicious. Very clean restaurant, noise level great. Our server, Grace, was very knowledgeable in recommending food to try. Also, they were very accommodating by making half portions of pastas so we could try many things. And as an added gift for my birthday, they gave us two free desserts to celebrate.
